  • Dr. Ovidio Claros is a lawyer from Universidad Libre. He has specializations in Public Law from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Health Services Management from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and in Environmental Law from Universidad del Rosario. He also completed an executive master's degree in Marketing Management at the Escuela de Organización Industrial de Madrid.

  • He has served as a magistrate of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, being the highest judicial authority of the Colombian territory. He was Comptroller of Bogotá, Representative to the Chamber of Deputies and has been a teacher and university professor. He currently serves as Executive President of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
